Our plans set out that around 40% of the site will form Green Infrastructure, creating attractive and usable open spaces for both existing residents and the new community. The development will deliver a carefully considered mix of one-to-five-bedroom homes, including bungalows and maisonettes, across a range of tenures to support local housing needs.
This approved application represents a significant milestone in Cotswold Oak’s ambition to create distinctive, sustainable homes that respect the character of the area while providing long-term benefits for the community.
Russell Houghton, Operations Director, commented:
‘This is an important milestone for the company as we continue to grow across the region in line with our strategic land portfolio. We remain committed to building homes known for quality and creating places where communities can thrive.’
In line with our commitment to future-focused and sustainable design, all homes will be built to meet high energy performance standards and will include solar PV, air source heat pumps and EV charging as standard.
