Our plans for 61 beautifully designed homes have now received full approval from Wychavon District Council — a big step forward for a development we’re really proud to be bringing to this stunning Worcestershire village.
The new neighbourhood will offer a thoughtfully balanced mix of homes, carefully designed to sit comfortably within the village and provide modern, high-quality living for a range of households.
Behind the scenes, we’re now working through the final planning details and preparing the site so everything is ready for construction to begin. As part of this early stage, we’re also working with specialist ecologists to safely manage and protect a population of Great Crested Newts that live on the land. Their welfare is incredibly important, and we’re putting a sensitive, long-term habitat strategy in place before any building work starts.
Once this ecological phase is complete, we expect to start on site in April 2026.
